Wiscon plastic sheet granulator is extremely robust machine developed for the toughest plastics recycling applications. All designs embed with a high safety factor and with big allowance in case of shock load and wear.

The crushing chamber of plastic sheet crusher is a welded housing of super thick steel plates and is highly precision machined. We utilize an efficient “V” shape cutter to ensure high throughputs. In each revolution, the rotor interacts with 3 counter knives, realizing a maximum number of cutting per revolution.

Our screens are thicker and are guaranteed to produce minimized uniform flakes at 10mm. We adopt a large tapered rolling bearing for the rotor to ensure alignment, long life and low temperature. A hydraulic system is used to open/close the chamber and screen cradle which makes maintenance and inspection like a breeze.

How does Plastic Crusher Work?

As shown below, the granulator works with a comveyor. To simplify the process, a worker merely place a plastic sheet or plank onto the conveyor. Next, the conveyor delivers to a long-neck sheet granulator. Viola, handful of plastic regrinds are collected in the end of cyclone.

Plastic Sheet Granulator can be used to downsize large thick-walled parts in one step, or be used as a secondary granulator after a single/double shaft shredder to reach a smooth operation.

There are disconforming parts and purgins during production of plastic sheets and plates. We hope this setup can ease your way of in-housing recycling.

Plastic Sheet Granulator Application

Tailors to plastic plate, sheet and plank in ABS, PE or PP. This machine is built to perform and last for 15 years.

The acceptable thickness of plastic sheet ranges from 1mm to 15mm.

The biggest acceptable dimension of plastic sheet is within 2m by 1m.
