The crushing chamber of plastic rod crusher is a welded housing of super thick steel plates and is highly precision machined. We utilize an efficient “V” shape cutter to ensure high throughputs. In each revolution, the rotor interacts with 3 counter knives, realizing a maximum number of cutting per revolution.
Our screens are thicker and are guaranteed to produce minimized uniform flakes at 10mm. We adopt a large tapered rolling bearing for the rotor to ensure alignment, long life and low temperature. A hydraulic system is used to open/close the chamber and screen cradle which makes maintenance and inspection like a breeze.
As shown below, the granulator could work independly or work with a conveyor. The hopper is slanted and extended for manual tossing in materials.
To simplify the process of recycling big long rods, a worker merely place a rod onto the conveyor. Next, the conveyor delivers to a long-neck sheet granulator. Within seconds, you can obtain 12mm flakes.
Plastic bar granulator can be used to downsize large hollow or rigid rods in one step. An industrial shredder that acts a preshredder can run prior to the granulator after a single/double shaft shredder to reach a smooth operation.
